Habib Bacha
Partner and Co-Founder
Habib is the founder at Credo Communications. Previously he was the Managing Partner at SEC Newgate Communication based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and he also covers the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. He specializes in undertaking mandates for corporate positioning and product promotion.
Habib has extensive corporate communications experience and acts as a media advisor providing media support, issues management and advice to groups, senior executives and government offices.
Habib led the team which supported the UAE Embassy in Beijing and has advised international companies including CBUAE, WUF10, DPM, ADX, ZonesCorp, Siemens, BAE Systems and Sotheby’s on their Middle East media outreach strategies.
Habib speaks 3 languages, Arabic, English and French.
Habib Holds a PHD in Communications and Public Relations from Canal Suez University in Cairo.
Silvane Maalouf
Communication Director
Silvane has more than 15 years communications experience across a wide range of disciplines, including marketing, events management and brand development.
As an Account Director at Credo, Silvane directs and leads the strong and effective delivery of communications campaigns. She provides senior counsel to clients as well as commercial insight and creativity. She is adept at building relationships with key commentators, industry spokespeople and senior journalists.
Silvane produces excellent results for local and international clients and always ensures a high level of client satisfaction.
Silvane speaks fluent Arabic, English and Turkish.
Antoine Joukhadar
Translation, Revising, and Proofreading Expert
Antoine Joukhadar is a translation, revising, and proofreading expert with over 20 years of experience. He has built a distinguished career delivering high-quality language services to prominent organizations across the Arab region. Antoine is known for his precision, reliability, and deep linguistic expertise, with a proven ability to produce clear and accurate translations that capture the original intent. He currently works as the Head of Arabic Content at Credo, holding this position since January 2022.
Having worked in both Lebanon and Qatar, he brings extensive international experience in fast-paced translation and communications environments. He is also a skilled Arabic writer with strong English writing abilities, and is proficient in document formatting using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.
Antoine holds bachelor’s degrees in both Philosophy (2003) and Law (1993) from the Lebanese University in Beirut. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, possessing a functional command of Spanish, German, and Greek. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and listening to music.
