The Challenge

Retained in early 2018 to support the newly appointed Head of Communications in building a world-class communications function at the UAE Central Bank from the ground up, as the institution previously operated without a dedicated communications team or press office.

The Solution

Embedded two senior full-time consultants directly within the Central Bank headquarters, collaborating closely with Credo teams in the UAE and London. Crafted a multi-year communications masterplan, established internal and external communications governance policies, and deployed a robust calendar of regulatory, monetary, and macroeconomic press releases.

The Results & Impact

Successfully built and operationalized a best-in-class press office for CBUAE, securing over 500 articles annually across leading financial dailies, with regular broadcast coverage on Abu Dhabi TV and premier international finance publications.
